Owners and employees of the Participating Dealers associated with the promotion of the offer, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and other household members, are not eligible to participate under any circumstances. Only properly completed official offer forms will be accepted. Incomplete Offer Forms will be processed. Offer rights are not assignable or transferable. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under the mail fraud statutes. PGT is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or postage-due requests. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or special pricing.
