Last year, we were thrilled to celebrate a year full of exceptional growth. This year, we have started strong with announcements and wins that continue to move our business forward.

January: New Leadership
Numerous companies in our industry started 2019 with changes to executive leadership, and we joined the list with four new appointments: BOB KELLER as Senior Vice President and President of the Southeast Region, SCOTT GATES as Senior Vice President and President of the Western Region, ROB MOULDS as Vice President of Sales for the Southeast region, and DON VICHITVONGSA as Vice President of Manufacturing for the Southeast region.
January: New Connector Building
In late January, we opened our new building that connects two of our existing glass processing plants at our headquarters in North Venice, Florida. This 28,000-square-foot building allows for easier and more efficient glass storage and transportation. It truly enhances safety for our team members, quality for our customers, and overall productivity as we produce impact-resistant and energy-efficient glass for our windows and doors.
February: Eze-Breeze Gets a Makeover as PGT Innovations’ Newest Brand
Eze-Breeze products consist of vinyl-glazed sliding panel systems that transform outdoor spaces into relaxing indoor and outdoor living environments. Formally known as PGT Eze-Breeze, the power and longevity of this line were the driving force behind separating the product into its own brand. PGT Innovations debuted the new look and feel at the 2019 NAHB International Builders’ Show, which allowed attendees to see how the easy-to-install system combines smart design with simple operation, unique features, and exceptional value.
March: PGT Innovations’ Brands Receive Readers’ Choice Awards
Our sister brands, CGI Commercial and Western Window Systems, were honored with three outstanding awards. CGI Commerical’s SlimFront earned the top spot for its impact-resistant design. Western Window Systems was voted top choice in the stacking, sliding, bi-fold, pivot, and walls class for its simulated steel line. Western Window Systems’ Series 7000 was also highlighted in the steel and aluminum category for exceptional performance.
